How We Started

Proptio was established in 2024 by a founding leadership team combining deep international real estate expertise with operational and strategic management experience across multiple markets. Led by Founder Olivia Adwoa Anansi, whose career spans more than a decade in global real estate transactions and advisory work, the company was created in response to the persistent operational inefficiencies faced by modern property professionals — including fragmented systems, manual workflows, and inconsistent client management processes.

The founding team set out to design a unified technology platform capable of bringing structure, automation, and real-time operational visibility to real estate organizations of all sizes. Their shared objective was not simply to build another software tool, but to develop a comprehensive operational environment that reflects the practical realities of day-to-day real estate activity across international markets.

Since its formation, Proptio has expanded into a globally supported organization backed by a growing network of more than 120 sales agents and industry specialists operating across multiple regions.
